PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce measurement error even in case of object with texture, for improving such usability as zooming, in addition to realize downsizing. SOLUTION: A three-dimensional image of an object are imaged by a projection means 10, a first imaging means 20, and a second imaging means 30. The projection means 10 is constituted of a light source 11, a pattern generating means 12, a same principal point arranging means 13 for arrangement at the optically same principal point as that of the first imaging means 20, and an image forming optical system 14 shared with the first imaging means 20. The first imaging means 20 is constituted of a texture/pattern imaging part 21, the same principal point arranging means 13, and the image forming optical system 14.
