METHOD OF MANUFACTURING PLASTIC LENS AND THE PLASTIC LENS

A method of manufacturing a plastic lens with extremely less optical nonuniformity by increasing working accuracy with a simplified facility. Molds with a planned combination are heated and stacked in order according to the combination by a pre-numerically controlled mold carrying device and/or manually. First an optical thermoplastic molten resin material (6) with extremely less stirred flow is put on the molding surface of one lower side mold (3a). Second, the other upper side mold (3b) is brought into contact with the molten resin material, and both molds are moved close to each other until they are positioned at a specified interval to press the molten resin material so as to form the lens.
