摘要 <p>A technique that enhances a heat dissipation effect and boosts the transmission voltage of an ultrasonic diagnosis device, enabling an extended depth of diagnosis is disclosed. According to the technique, an ultrasonic probe comprises piezoelectric elements (1) which extend in the X direction, are arrayed in the Y-direction and transmit/receive an ultrasonic wave in the Z-direction (diagnosis depth direction), ground electrodes (2) installed on the front and back faces of each piezoelectric element, signal electrodes (3), signal terminals (4) for picking up a signal at each signal electrode, a back load member (5) for holding the piezoelectric elements mechanically via the signal electrodes and attenuating an unnecessary ultrasonic signal as needed, sheet-like heat transfer members (6) which are buried in the back load member and positively transfer the heat generated in the piezoelectric elements, and a heat dissipation block (7) which is connected to the back of the back load member and dissipates the heat transferred from the heat transfer member.</p>
