An enzyme can be preserved by a simple method. There are provided a support having an enzyme and a protective agent therefor immobilized thereon; a print and reagent kit including the support; a process for producing the support; a method of revitalizing the enzyme immobilized on the support; and a method of preserving an enzyme in the state of being immobilized on a support as a mixture with a protective agent.
