<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve following problems: the management of customer information gives a lot of trouble; the customer information cannot be easily enriched against a requirement that the customer information is desired to be enriched; and a customer cannot certainly stop the transmission of direct mail. <P>SOLUTION: An access account issuing means issues an access account to a client. When the client requires the editing of the customer information, the client accesses a server by use of the access account. The server authenticates the access account by an access account authentication means, and the client can execute the editing of the customer information by a customer information management means according to the authentication.
