<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart no dissatisfaction feeling such as long waiting to a waiting user by extending preferential service to hall call of a congested story floor. <P>SOLUTION: A total value Z (K) of uncomfortable degree index of each elevator is calculated based on a waiting time and the number of waiting users regarding the hall call already registered and a presumption time to elevator response. Further, when the hall call is newly generated, an allotment control part 14 calculates the state evaluation value V (K) of each elevator based on the state information of each elevator, calculates a value obtained by adding the total value Z (K) of the uncomfortable degree index to the state evaluation value V (K) as a machine evaluation value E (K) of each elevator and determines allotment relative to newly generated hall call to the elevator having the best machine evaluation value E (K). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
