PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prepreg for a laminated sheet, having an excellent dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent, and also having excellent moldability, heat resistance and the like; and to provide a metal-clad laminated sheet using the prepreg. SOLUTION: The prepreg for the laminated sheet comprises a resin composition containing a vinyl compound having a specific structure as an essential component, and a base material. The metal-clad laminated sheet is obtained by using the prepreg. As a result, the prepreg for the laminated sheet and the metal-clad laminated sheet, having the low dielectric constant and the low dielectric loss tangent, and also having the good moldability, heat resistance and the like are obtained.
