PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetron negative electrode structure capable of preventing an external terminal inserted in a stem insulator from turning without increasing a manufacturing cost etc. SOLUTION: Tip ends of base end shaft parts 53a, 54a of external terminals 53, 54 have noncircular-section structures with flat surfaces 61 at least one parts of outer circumferential surfaces. Linear locking edges 63 engaging with the flat surfaces 61 to prevent the external terminals 53, 54 from turning are provided in terminal fitting holes 57a, 58a of sealing metal plates 57, 58 to which the tip ends of the external terminals 53, 54 fit.
