LIGHTING INSPECTION DEVICE OF DISPLAY PANEL

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance productivity for a lighting inspection of a display panel by shortening working hours required for brand switching of the display panel. SOLUTION: This lighting inspection device of the display panel is constituted so that it is equipped with a panel installation lighting unit 11 in which a signal transmitting means 7 having a plurality of fetch electrodes to be brought into contact with an extraction electrode of the display panel 1 are arranged and a plurality of marks (first marks 18L, 18R, second marks 19L, 19R) for alignment are provided, a panel lighting inspection base 12 on which the panel installation lighting unit 11 is attachably/detachably installed and a position confirmation means (camera 21) provided on the panel lighting inspection base 12 and a reference position of the display panel 1 in the case of performing positioning between the extraction electrode of the display panel 1 and the fetch electrode of the signal transmitting means 7 to be installed on the panel installation lighting unit 11 is set in a coordinate system based on positions of the plurality of marks for alignment recognized by the position recognition means.
