PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a pressure reducing valve with an integrated manual opening/closing valve to be stored inside a fire hose storage box. SOLUTION: A secondary side pressure receiving part for pressure reduction is divided into two sections; an upper piston 6 as a first pressure receiving section is set above a valve rod 2 and a lower piston 15 as a second pressure receiving section is set under the valve rod 2 disposed in the vertical direction inside the housing of the device. The lower piston 15 is energized upward from below by a pressure adjusting spring 18, and the upper piston 6 can be dislocated downward from above by a handle 13 which is a control part of the manual opening/closing mechanism. The opening/closing valve consisting of a disk 3 and a valve seat 1a is disposed at an intermediate position between the upper piston 6 and the lower piston 15 so that the valve is integrated with the pressure reducing valve mechanism.
