PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the week points of joint parts and form fastening part and improve the durability. SOLUTION: In the burial mould construction method, a panel 10 used as a mold form in common is installed, concrete is placed to the rear face of the panel 10 to form a concrete body, the panel 10 is left on the surface of the concrete body, the panel 10 is constituted of a sulfer solidified body. A plurality of ceramic bag nuts 14 are embedded previously in appropriate positions in the panel 10. A separator bolt provided with a fluorocarbon resin coat in the bag nut 14 is screwed and fastened. Further, a backing plate 16 on which a sulfer layer is provided on the surface so as to stadle a joint between panels 10 is arranged on the rear face and the anchor bolt provided with a fluororesin coat piercing through the backing plate 16 and is fixedly screwed to the bag nut 14.
