PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label for preventing misuse which tends to occur when a medical fluid in a container is transferred to an instrument and is used. SOLUTION: A surface layer 1 of a necessary size, which constitutes a base, is divided into a main body part 13 and a confirmation part 17. A streak layer 3 on which printing is performed is arranged on a surface of the surface layer. A protection layer 2 to which non-pressure sensitive adhesion masking agent of a prescribed thickness is applied is disposed on the streak layer except for a partial block. A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 5 is arranged on the back of the surface layer. An adjusting layer 6 to which the non-pressure sensitive adhesion masking agent is applied from above the layer 5 by changing the thickness and dot ratio of the non-pressure sensitive adhesion masking agent in accordance with use is arranged. A peeling separation layer 2 is disposed on the adjusting layer, and the label in which perforations for stripping are formed between the main body part and the confirmation part and which is formed of a five layer structure and a six layer structure is obtained.
