PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an atmospheric air release valve, that is compact and of low cost. SOLUTION: For a pressure receiving part to detect differential pressure between primary pressure P1 of water supply and secondary pressure P2 in pining from a hot water supply device to a bathtub, a diaphragm 8 of a shallow folding and a short actuation stroke to be of low cost is used. By thus setting stroke direction length short, compactness is achieved. By integrally forming a valve element 7 with the diaphragm 8, the number of parts for a movable part is reduced to achieve low cost. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
