PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an under-floor storage housing for a vehicle, by which even a small baggage can be easily taken out, and the baggage does not move during running, and a wide storage space can be secured, and the baggage can be smoothly taken out. SOLUTION: The under-floor storage housing for the vehicle comprises a rotary type tray 25 in a storage recess 6 formed under a floor panel 5, and a first lid 8 for opening and closing the storage recess 6. The rotary type tray 25 is provided with an engaging section 40. In addition, the storage recess 6 is provided with a locking unit 60 for preventing the turning of the rotary type tray 25 by engaging with the engaging section 40.
