PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable insulated bag for storing/carrying a container containing a drink, which is excellent in heat retention and cold retention, is prevented from getting wet with dew and can be folded into a small flat shape when the container is removed. SOLUTION: The insulated bag comprises a bottomed tubular outer bag made of a thermoplastic sheet and a bottomed tubular inner bag made of a moisture conditioning elastomer sheet. The moisture conditioning elastomer sheet is a laminated sheet comprising a granular silica gel layer, a moisture permeable elastomer sheer layer laminated on both sides of the silica gel layer and a moisture permeable cover sheet laminated on the two outer surfaces of the elastomer sheet layer.
