PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accommodating structure having a holding member capable of stably holding a baggage by supporting its bottom surface and side faces, embodied in a simple structure, and manufacturable easily. SOLUTION: The holding member of the accommodating structure having internally an accommodation space is composed of a frame displaced between the accommodating position for accommodation in the accommodating structure and the spreading position protruding outward and an approximately sheet-form placing part covering one surface of the frame so as to be arranged below the frame in the spreading position and displaced interlocking with the frame, wherein the placing part is made displaceable between the proximity position where at least the part confronting the frame is arranged in proximity to the undersurface of the frame an the dangling position to dangle to under the frame through its own deformation.
