PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip structure capable of keeping a co-existence with the existing components and engaging/fixing foaming agent even near the existing components. SOLUTION: This clip structure is used for fixing foaming agent 3 so as to reduce vibration/noise while foaming is carried out after filling vehicle body panels 1, 2 having a closed sectional shape with the foaming agent. The foaming agent 3 is provided with a holding part 5 for sufficiently holding an outer circumference of an existing welding nut 4 mounted at the vehicle body panel 1, thereby the outer circumference is held under a utilization of the existing welding nut 4 to enable the foaming agent 3 to be fixed, so that no influence is applied to a threaded engagement of a rig bolt member at a threaded hole of the welding nut 4.
