PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reversal washing regeneration apparatus for a water purifier cartridge capable of easily washing a filter using a simple apparatus so as to enable effective use of one cartridge for a purifier for a long period of time. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with a connecting hose 4 including a connection part 3 having the same shape as a raw water introduction connection part 2 of a cartridge body 1 for filtration targeted to be washed at one end side 4a, and a holding tool 5 with which the other end side 4b of the connection hose 4 is connected and also the cartridge body 1 is held. Further, the apparatus is constituted so that a purified water outlet part 6 of the cartridge body 1 held to the holding tool 5 and the other end side 4b of the connection hose 4 are closely connected. Also, the holding tool 5 is provided with a seal member 15 at a hose connection site 26 to which the other end side 4b of the connection hose 4 is connected, and further a resilient member 14 resiliently pressing the cartridge body 1 to the side of a hose connection site 26 to press the seal member 15 to be closely connected with a purified water outlet part 6.
