PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost accompanied by the movement of a roof when the roof is moved to a plurality of waste treatment scheduled areas to perform the landfilling work, charging work or feed-in work of waste and to smoothly perform the moving work of the roof. SOLUTION: The roof 1 provided to a waste treatment scheduled area is constituted by putting up a sheet between a plurality of skeletal members and, after the landfilling work, charging work or feed-in work of waste 7 to the roofed waste treatment scheduled area (landfilling pit 4), the roof is raised to be moved to the other waste treatment scheduled area (landfilling pits 5 and 6) to constitute the roof 1 of the other waste treatment scheduled area before performing the landfilling work, charging work or feed-in work of the waste to the other waste treatment scheduled area.
