<p>Alcoholic liquor (20) is passed through HSO3 type strongly basic anion exchange resin layer (14). Alternatively, after addition of an HSO3 salt to alcoholic liquor, the alcoholic liquor is passed through mixed bed layer (18) consisting of an H type strongly acidic cation exchange resin and a free base type slightly basic anion exchange resin, or the alcoholic liquor is sequentially passed through an H type strongly acidic cation exchange resin layer and a free base type slightly basic anion exchange resin layer. Accordingly, aldehydes and inorganic salts can be removed from alcoholic liquors, such as fermented liquor and distilled liquor, while realizing strong retention of peculiar fragrance and retention of manneristic flavor.</p> |
