<p>The invention provides a topical pharmaceutical composition for application to the nasal or ocular mucosa which comprises (1) a pharmaceutical excipient suitable for topical administration, (2) an antihistamine drug and (3) a mast cell stabilizer, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, a phosphodiesterase inhibitor, an anti-IgE agent, heparin, a topical steroid or a leukotriene blocker.</p> |
