<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample injection method capable of performing a precise analysis inexpensibly, and a sample injection system. <P>SOLUTION: A sample flow channel 12 and a main flow channel 14 are filled with a buffer and a sample is introduced into the sample introducing inlet 18 of the sample flow channel 12 while the pressure of the discharge port 20 of the sample flow channel 12 made more negative than that of the sample introducing inlet 18 to move the sample introduced into the sample introducing inlet 18 to the discharge port 20 from the sample introducing inlet 18 in the sample flow channel 12 without moving the buffer in the main flow channel 14 by the flow channel resistance of the main flow channel 14 larger than that of the sample flow channel 12 to locate a part of the sample in a common part 16. Further, the sample in the common part 16 is separated from the other sample in the sample flow channel 12 by applying voltage across both end parts 22 and 24 of the main flow channel 14 to move the same toward one end part 22 (24) in the main flow channel 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
