<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion control device for a vehicle which controls a braking force for each wheel in response to a vehicle state, performs a vehicle stabilization control of the vehicle by controlling a driving force transmitted from an internal combustion engine to driving wheels, and can control so as to appropriately and smoothly continue stabilization control even when the brake is operated during the stabilization control. <P>SOLUTION: The motion control device for the vehicle is equipped with a braking force control means (BF) performing the vehicle stabilization control by controlling the braking force for each wheel based on a state quantity of the vehicle and an engine output control means (EO) controlling the driving force transmitting to the driving wheels based on the state quantity of the vehicle.
