<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the reception of a clearly transmitted sound by clearly transmitting a sound without allowing the input level of a sound signal to generate distortion in sound processing and allowing the automatic adjustment of the input level of the sound signal to disturb the accent of the sound and a sound phase. <P>SOLUTION: When a sound processing means performs various kinds of signal processings to the sound signal by an input level adjustment means, a level detected by a sound level detection means 9 is compared with a specified reference value, and a control means 10 controls an input level adjustment means included in a sound processing IC 4 according to the compared result.
