<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight of a structural material by improving the crack resistance of an insulating layer that seals a mouth lead part. <P>SOLUTION: This encapsulated-type electric apparatus comprises: the mouth lead part 3 for leading out a main circuit of the electric apparatus 1 that is molded with an insulating material; a board wall 2 having an opening 2a which the mouth lead part 3 passes through; a plurality of filler materials 8 that surround the mouth lead part 3 and are embedded in the insulating layer 6b; a gasket 20 integrally molded with a plurality of spacers 20d that are sandwiched between faces of the board wall 2 and the insulating layer 6b, and also sandwiched between the board wall 2 and the plurality of filler materials 8; and a fastening means for compressing the gasket 20. The gasket 20 is formed with, on its both faces, a first protrusion 20b that goes around the external periphery of the opening 2a, and a second protrusion 20e that goes around the plurality of spacers 20d in a lump. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
