<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel inlet strainer capable of accurately detecting the height of oil level by preventing the flow of oil at the time of refueling from hitting on a float. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel inlet strainer has a guide hole 7 provided in a vertical direction, and the float 10 for an oil level gage inserted in the guide hole 7 so as to vertically move.
