<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for identifying the deforming characteristic in a plate rolling mill and a method for optimizing the setting and the controlling of a rolling reduction apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for identifying the deforming characteristic in the plate rolling mill, with which the clamping of kiss rolls in the plate rolling mill is performed by operating the rolling reduction apparatus under a state of stopping the rotation of the rolls, and to a plurality of rolling reduction positional conditions, output values in a rolling load measuring instruments set at the working side and the driving side of the plate rolling mill and measured values in the rolling reduction position at the working side and the driving side, are simultaneously collected, and the respective deforming characteristics in the rolling mill housing and the rolling reduction system at the working side and the driving side are calculated, the method for identifying the deforming characteristics of the plate rolling mill and the rolling method using this, are characterized in that, after releasing the friction resistance between the rolls by rotating the rolls in each rolling reduction positional condition, the roll-rotation is stopped, and the output values of the rolling load measuring instruments and the measured values at the rolling-reduction position, are collected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
