PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for smoothly coordinating trade settlement information or the like with a financial institution.

SOLUTION: The information processor includes a means for storing order data in a database; a means for storing shipping data in the database; a means for retrieving debt information; a means for outputting the debt information to an importer's terminal and for receiving an instruction to transfer money to an exporter's predetermined bank account; a means for extracting information on trade merchandise exporters and charges included in the debt information from the database; a means for creating a transfer request form in a transfer request format that enables a financial institution to process the extracted information on the trade merchandise exporters and charges and for sending a request form to a financial institution's terminal; and a means for receiving from the financial institution's terminal the result of a transfer process conducted by the financial institution according to the transfer request form and for storing them in the database.
