<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor capable of reducing the complicatedness in the assembling work of a detection element and a lead frame and hard to peel the electrode terminal part of a detection element even if external force is applied to the lead frame. <P>SOLUTION: The total region air-fuel ratio sensor 2 is equipped with an insulating contact member 82 having a locking hole part 415 and a second locking hole part 425 on the contact surface with the lead frame and the lead frame 10 having a locking protruded part 18 and a narrow locking protruded part 218. It becomes unnecessary to hold the lead frame 10 for preventing the falling-off of the lead frame 10 from the insulating contact member 82 in work for integrally assembling the detection element 4 and the lead frame 10 with the insulating contact member 82 by locking the locking protruded part 18 and the narrow locking protruded part 218 with the locking hole part 415 and the second locking hole part 425 and the complicatedness of the assembling work can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
