<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to easily detect that an appropriate contact pressure is kept on respective pin-terminals of a multi-pin-type connection structure. <P>SOLUTION: As an embodiment, the electric connection structure, formed by inserting pin-terminals 30 having a tip part 32 covered by coating material 34 made of insulating material into through-holes 22 covered by conductor film 24, is provided. the coating material 34 is peeled off when the pin-terminal 30 is inserted into the through-hole 22 with an appropriate contact pressure to realize an electric connection between the pin-terminal 30 and the conductor film 24 of the through-hole 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
