PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a camera which prevents intrusion of dust into a photographic range at a low cost. SOLUTION: A fixed cylinder 34 and a moving cylinder 36 are made of a resin having an electrostatic property and are electrified by friction at the time of moving the moving cylinder. Thus dust intruding into a gap between the fixed cylinder 34 and the moving cylinder 36 and dust in a lens device 14 are attracted to the fixed cylinder 34 and the moving cylinder 36 to prevent dust from intruding into the photographic range. Therefore, it is unnecessary to provide an electronic camera 10 with a boosting circuit for electrifying the fixed cylinder 34 and the moving cylinder 36, and it results in cost reduction. Recessed parts are formed in peripheral edge parts of rectilinear grooves 40 and 42 formed in the fixed cylinder 34 and have an adhesive 140 fitted thereinto, so that dust attracted to the fixed cylinder 34 and the moving cylinder 36 cannot be suspended again.
