PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a date display device in a wrist watch with a digit disc and a decimal disc which adjoin mutually and are arranged by parallel in double digits number display which is visible through a date window corresponding to the dial plate of the wrist watch. SOLUTION: The rotation axis of a small diameter disc is arranged in the periphery contour of a large diameter disc. A program actuation wheel 2 transfers a drive force to a decimal program wheel 3a and a digit program wheel 4a through a digit pinion 7 and a decimal pinion 5, then the change operation of the decimal program wheel 3a and the digit program wheel 4a is controlled. For a digit disc 9A, a decimal disc 6a, and moreover the decimal program wheel 3a and the digit program wheel 4a; the latter receives the change operation of one step per a month by a predetermined continuation, or it is arranged so that the change operation interruption may be received so as to enable to display the number of a month.
