PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hair cosmetic composition realizing a good finish touch of hair and having even excellent persistence of the touch. SOLUTION: This hair cosmetic composition comprises at least two kinds of silicone compounds selected from at least two groups of (A) a cyclic silicone compound group, (B) an amino-modified silicone compound group, (C) a high-polymerization methylpolysiloxane compound group and (D) a high-polymerization amino-modified silicone compound group, and (E) hydroxyethyl cellulose dimethyldiallylammonium chloride.
