PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dilution refrigerating machine with low vibration and high reliability which precools 3He by coldness generated by a mechanical refrigerating machine while suppressing the propagation of vibration generated by the mechanical refrigerating machine. SOLUTION: The mechanical refrigerating machine 42 is stored in a second vacuum container 47, and a heat exchanger 44 for precooling 3He is stored in a first vacuum container 46 individually independent from the second vacuum container 47. The mechanical refrigerating machine 42 and the heat exchanger for precooling 3He are connected with a flexible heat pipe C whose pipe-shaped container 48 is thermally bonded to, but is mechanically separated from an end plate 49 which constitutes a condensation stage E of the heat pipe and an end plate 50 constituting an evaporation stage F.
