PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball bearing 13a having a radial positive internal gap in a pre-assembled condition, suppressing the sound and rotation asynchronous vibration of a cage while sufficiently securing bearing life and impact resistance when using the ball bearing 13a in the state of imparting pre-assembly while imparting a contact angle. SOLUTION: A ratio r<SB>e</SB>/D<SB>a</SB>of a radius r<SB>e</SB>of curvature of an outer ring raceway 11a to a diameter D<SB>a</SB>of each of balls 12, 12 is 0.55-0.57. A ratio r<SB>i</SB>/D<SB>a</SB>of a radius R<SB>i</SB>of curvature of an inner ring raceway 9a to a diameter D<SB>a</SB>of each of the balls 12, 12 is 0.52-0.54. Grease with base oil having a kinetic viscosity of 18-100mm<SP>2</SP>at 40°C is used for lubricating the inside.
