PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts items to be used for assembling, and to reduce the weight of a car body side tube, to improve workability and assembling performance, and to reduce the cost by unifying an oil hole rod and a fastening screw. SOLUTION: A front fork has a wheel side tube 1, the car body side tube 2 slidably inserted into the wheel side tube, a seat pipe 3 standing from a bottom part 6 of the wheel side tube in the car body side tube, the oil hole rod 4A arranged in the periphery of a lower end of the seat pipe, and an oil lock piece 5 arranged in the inner periphery of a lower end of the car body side tube opposite to the oil hole rod.
