PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance intake efficiency of an EGR gas, prevent resonance of a valve opened/closed for EGR intake, and enhance high speed durability. SOLUTION: This EGR device comprises: an internal combustion engine body having a plurality of cylinders 10; an exhaust gas continuity passage 29 communicating with each of combustion chambers of the plurality of cylinders 10; an exhaust gas supply valve 24 for opening/closing between the exhaust gas continuity passage 29 and an inside of each of the combustion chambers; a communication passage 30 for supplying exhaust gas to an inside of the exhaust gas continuity passage 29; and a control valve 23 for controlling opening/closing of the communication passage 30. The communication passage 30 opens in an exhaust port Out which is at a downstream side of the combustion chambers.
