PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily install a device and a part having various functions such as a wind resistant device, a crime preventive device, and an obstacle sensing device, by constituting at least one, desirably several of them. SOLUTION: This shutter device has a shutter curtain 101, and a pair of guide rails 103 and 103 provided with an opening groove 105 for guiding the opening and closing movement of the shutter curtain 101 on both side edges of the shutter curtain 101. The shutter device has a pair of inner rails 110 and 110 formed in a substantially belt-like shape, and respectively installed in a longitudinal shape in the opening and closing movement direction of the shutter curtain 101 on both inside surfaces 105b and 105c opposed in the groove bottom 105a direction from an opening of the opening groove 105 of the guide rails 103, engaging pieces 111 and 111 arranged on the respective inner rails 110 and 110, running in the longitudinal direction of the inner rails 110, and respectively oppositely extending in the opening groove 105, and nonslip parts 115 and 115 arranged in both side edge parts 101a and 101a of the shutter curtain 101, and freely engageable with the engaging pieces 111.
