PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by facilitating control and the movement by simple equipment, without requiring moisture supply and a large-scale device, in curing of lining concrete. SOLUTION: This curing method to the lining concrete 1 after separating a form, holds an outer peripheral surface 21 of a balloon 20 inflated in an arch shape in a state of being substantially uniformly brought into close contact with a lining concrete 1 surface, by inflating the balloon 20 in the arch shape along the lining concrete 1 surface by supply of fluid. Thus, curing is excellently performed for preventing a crack caused by the drying contraction of the lining concrete 1 after separating the form, by holding the outer peripheral surface 21 of the balloon 20 inflated in the arch shape in a state of being substantially uniformly brought into close contact with the lining concrete 1 surface.
