PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof structure superior in workability, and superior in the finish, in the waterproof structure for fastening a waterproof layer continuing from a slab by a surface of a lightweight cellular concrete wall panel. SOLUTION: This waterproof structure fastens the waterproof layer continuing from the slab by the surface of a lightweight cellular concrete panel with the lightweight cellular concrete panel arranged in an upper part of the slab as a wall. The waterproof layer continuing from the slab is forced to rise up to the top part of a cutting part of its wall panel, by cutting the surface of the lightweight cellular concrete wall panel in parallel from a slab surface.
