PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately control a traveling state according to an actual traveling state, and to properly control the traveling state, by determining the vehicular traveling state by combining a detection result of a torque sensor provided in a stabilizer and another vehicular state amount. SOLUTION: Since the point in time when an absolute value of torque Tf acted on the stabilizer 16 exceeds a reference value Tfo, it is determined whether roll not less than a specified value is generated in a vehicle before the expiration of a first reference value T1 (S30, 50, 60). When it is determined that the roll not less than the reference value is generated in the vehicle before the expiration of the first reference value T1, the roll of the vehicle is determined as roll due to steering or side winds (S70 to 90). When it is determined that the roll not less than the reference value is generated in the vehicle after the expiration of the first reference value T1, the roll of the vehicle is determined as roll due to disturbance from a road surface (S130 to 180).
