PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caster which is not bulky and can alleviate vibration and secure a smooth run e.g., even at the time of traveling an uneven road and riding over a step. SOLUTION: Pivoting holes 4, 5 formed in upper and lower parts of an upper fork 1a are arranged in the order of the upper hole 4 and the lower hole 5 from the forward side of the caster to the rear side. Pivoting holes 6, 7, 8 formed in the upper, middle, and lower parts of the lower fork 1b are arranged in the order of the upper hole 7, the middle hole 6, and the lower hole 8 from the front side of the caster to the rear side. A conical coil spring 9 in its larger coil diameter side is supported on a front support 18. The conical coil spring 9 on its smaller coil diameter side is supported on a rear support 19. The front support 18 is pivoted on the upper pivoting hole 4 in the upper fork 1a. The rear support 19 is pivoted on the upper pivoting hole 6 in the lower fork 1b.
