PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly detect lowering in inflating pressure regardless of data related a characteristic value of a tire. SOLUTION: Pressure sensitivity indicating characteristics of each tire or data related to the pressure sensitivity (relation between a dynamic load radius and pressure and the like) is indicated by a bar code about each tire. When there tires are attached to a vehicle M, the pressure sensitivity or the data related to the pressure sensitivity is read, and a comparison value determining lowering in pressure from these values is calculated.
