PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat capable of reducing the number of components, cutting cost, and improving mounting workability. SOLUTION: A locking means 3 of a coupling device 2 is arranged at the seat 1, and a striker 5 is arranged on a car body floor 4. The locking means 3 is composed of a seat arm 15 and a seat lock lever 17 rotatably arranged on the seat arm 15. A lock pin part 5a engaged with the seat arm 15 and the seat lock lever 17 for being locked and a stopper part 5c for operating the seat lock lever 17 are integrated to form the striker 5. When the seat 1 is mounted on the car body floor 4 in such a way as to be capable of being seated, the seat lock lever 17 is abutted on the stopper part 5c of the striker 5 for locking the striker 5.
