SHEET TREATMENT APPARATUS AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet treatment apparatus capable of surely loading the sheet without causing the sheet from being caught by a step or the like of a loading means when the sheet folded in the center is loaded on a loading means. SOLUTION: A sheet treatment apparatus comprises a creasing means for creasing the sheet, a loading means for supporting the valley side of the sheet creased by the creasing means, a conveying means for conveying the sheet creased by the creasing means to the loading means and a guide component for guiding the sheet conveyed by the conveying means, and treats the sheet stacked by a laminating means as a bundle of the sheets. The guide component is extended in parallel with the crease of the sheet conveyed by the conveying means and can move in interlock with the conveyance of the sheet from/to a guide position near a tip part of the loading means and an evacuation position separated from a tip part of the loading means. The conveying means supports a valley side of the sheet creased by the creasing means, and is conveyed in a direction parallel to the crease. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
