PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that in a conventional hand soldering method it is difficult for even a solderer accustomed to hand soldering as well as the one not accustomed to hand soldering to regulate the length of thread solder to be let out with every grasp of a grip because the solderer is obliged to rely on intuition to regulate the length of the thread solder. SOLUTION: The thread solder is let out by a let-out roller 20 and is made to pass a mark forming section which comprises a combination of a stamping guide roller 31 and a stamping roller 32 or a combination of the stamping guide roller 31 and an inking roller 33. In the case of passing the former mark forming section, a stamp is formed at every specified length of the thread solder and in the case of passing the latter mark forming section, ink is applied at every specified length of the thread solder so that the hand solderer can easily know the soldering amount and execute quantitatively regulated soldering work.
