BAND GUIDE STRUCTURE FOR ARCH OPENING/CLOSING TYPE PACKING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adaptability in an automatic packing line or the like by facilitating applicability to a packing machine used for pallets which has a pressing device. SOLUTION: A band guide 10 ensures the passage of band released from an opening/closing arch 12 and has a pair of opposite guides 38a which prevent widthwise movement of the band. The band guide 10 is disposed so as to be slidable in relation to the rodlike body 24 of the opening/closing arch via a bearing block 36 and a frictional brake means 44 and so as to be integrally movable with the opening/closing arch.
