The invention relates to a product (P) implantable into a human body which is embodied in the form of a polymer having a three-dimensional chemical cross linking molecular structure, in particular polycarbonate-urithane (PCU) cross-linked by a polyol whose functionality is equal to or higher than 2 and whose physico-chemical and mechanical characteristics make it possible to obtain a mouldable biocompatible and biostable product used, in particular for the prosthesises.
