ARMORING COVER MEMBER, EVACUATING APPARATUS, AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an armoring cover member which hinders a wall from being soiled even in such a configuration that the exhaust air current emission side of an image forming apparatus is disposed near the wall, and to provide an evacuating apparatus, and the image forming apparatus.

SOLUTION: The armoring cover member 4 having the outer shape of the image forming apparatus 1 includes: an exhaust louver 5 in an armoring flat portion defining the vertical side face of the apparatus; a bottom wall 6a which is formed further inside than the armoring flat portion 4a and provided with an exhaust duct 2 through which exhaust gas is emitted from the inside of the apparatus; and a vertical wall portion 6b connecting the bottom wall 6a and the armoring flat portion 4a. The armoring cover member is provided with a recessed groove 6 via which the ventilation duct 2 communicates with outside, and it is also provided with a wall 7 which is formed opposite the exhaust port and across the recessed groove so as to be substantially in the same plane as the armoring flat portion.
