<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a public-managed race information system having excellent convenience, imposing little burden on a user. <P>SOLUTION: This public-managed race information system has: a card user database 15 storing a betting fund account of a user in a database; a cashless betting device 21 wherein cashless betting using a card 40 is performed; and an automatic cash depositing/dispensing device 24 allowing a cash deposit into the betting fund account using the card 40. When the cashless betting device 24 receives the betting by the card 40, the cashless betting device 40 transmits a betting amount inputted by the user when receiving the betting to the card user database 15, and the card user database 15 subtaracts the received betting amount from a balance of the betting fund account. When the automatic cash depositing/dispensing device 24 receives the deposit by the card 40, the automatic cash depositing/dispensing device 40 transmits an amount put in by the user when receiving the deposit to the card user database 15, and the card user database 15 appropriates the received betting amount to the balance of the betting fund account. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
